Orlando Pirates return to action this Saturday afternoon with a crucial Betway Premiership clash against AmaZulu FC at the Orlando Amstel Arena. Kick-off set for 15:00.
A win for the Buccaneers could lift them back to the top of the league with 58 points. Mamelodi Sundowns would drop to second on 56, although Kabo Yellow still hold two games in hand.
The Buccaneers come into this fixture well-rested after a full week off. All indications are that coach Abdeslam Ouaddou will stick with a settled starting eleven that has delivered in recent matches.

ORLANDO PIRATES EXPECTED TO STICK WITH SETTLED LINE UP
The Soweto giants appear to have found rhythm at the right time of the season. Ouaddou is unlikely to disrupt a winning formula.

The expected starting line up is: Sipho Chaine in goals, with a backline of Kamohelo Sebelebele, Nkosinathi Sibisi, Lebone Seema and Deon Hotto. In midfield, Masindi Nemtajela and Thalente Mbatha are expected to anchor the side. Tshepang Moremi, Relebohile Mofokeng and Oswin Appollis provide attacking support behind Yanela Mbuthuma.
It’s a lineup that has started to show balance, defensive solidity mixed with pace and creativity in the final third.
ORLANDO PIRATES FACE CONFIDENT AMAZULU FC
The Sea Robbers are expected to face a stern test against an AmaZulu FC side enjoying a strong campaign.
Usuthu currently occupy fourth position in the Betway Premiership standings with 39 points from 24 matches, having recorded 11 wins, 6 draws and 7 defeats.
Under Arthur Zwane, they have delivered consistency. Recent results include a 2-0 victory over Marumo Gallants and a 1-1 draw against Siwelele FC.
Those performances highlight their ability to compete with top sides. Orlando Pirates will need to be sharp from the first whistle.
