Kaizer Chiefs – Full list: All confirmed signings and departures
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Kaizer Chiefs have been one of the busiest teams in the 2025/26 PSL transfer window.

Kaizer Chiefs have completed 18 deals.

So, NINE players have joined Amakhosi – these SIX players have been signed from PSL rivals. Meanwhile, Chiefs have released NINE players.

ALL CONFIRMED CHIEFS SIGNINGS

  • Nkanyiso Shinga (FC Alverca)
  • Ethan Chislett (Port Vale),
  • Flavio Silva (Persebaya Surabaya)
  • Thabiso Monyane (Orlando Pirates)
  • Paseka Mako (Orlando Pirates)
  • Siphesihle Ndlovu (SuperSport United)
  • Asanele Velebayi (Cape Town Spurs)
  • Etiosa Ighodaro (Mamelodi Sundowns)
  • Luke Baartman (Cape Town Spurs)

Chiefs signed three players from outside of South Africa – Shinga, Chislett and Silva.

Thereafter, they signed two players from Orlando Pirates – Monyane and Mako. Additionally, Chiefs signed Ndlovu from the now-defunct SuperSport United.

More recently, Ighodaro (Sundowns), Velebayi and Baartman joined Amakhosi from PSL rivals.

FULL LIST OF AMAKHOSI PLAYERS HEADING OUT OF NATURENA

  • Ranga Chivaviro
  • Njabulo Blom
  • Sabelo Radebe
  • Mduduzi Mdantsane
  • Edmilson Dove
  • Yusuf Maart (SV Reid)
  • Tebogo Potsane
  • Bongani Sam
  • Edson Castillo (reportedly released*)

Chivaviro was the first player released by Chiefs.

Thereafter, fan-favourited Blom and Radebe followed suit. Mdantsane and Dove were both deemed surplus to requirements so Amakhosi parted ways with both players next.

Surprisingly, Yusuf Maart left Amakhosi. Thus, opening the door to a new captain – Inacio Miguel.

More recently, Potsane and Sam’s departures were confirmed.

Finally, reports claim that Castillo has already been released by Chiefs.

“Amakhosi have chosen not to continue with the services of Tebogo Potsane, Ranga Chivaviro, Sabelo Radebe, Mduduzi Mdantsane, Edmilson Dove, Edson Castillo, and Bongani Sam,” the report read on KickOff.
