Chivaviro Scores Again In Saudi Arabia

Posted on January 12, 2026

Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Ranga Chivaviro again recorded his name on the scoresheet despite Al-Adalah SC going down 2-1 in the Saudi First Division against Abha on Sunday.

The 32-year-old completed a move to the Saudi Arabian outfit on a free transfer in September 2025.

Chivaviro put pen to paper on a one-year deal with the Yelo League side and has not gotten off to a bad start, with the South African striker having netted two goals in his last three Saudi First Division matches.

On Sunday at home, Al-Adalah fell behind to Sylla Sow’s 33rd minute lead but Chivaviro levelled matters with a powerful left-footed finish in the 51st minute. Abha however had the last say with Meshal Al Mutairi scoring the winner in the 71st minute.

His tally since joining Al-Adalah now stands at two goals with a single assist in 10 outings as they sit in 14th position in the 18-team league.
