Orlando Pirates were crowned 2025/26 Betway Premiership champions this past weekend, following a 2-0 win over Orbit College in their final match of the season.
The result ensured that the Bucaneers won their fifth PSL-era title (and 10th overall), which is also their first in 14 years.
Here are five stats to commemorate a title built on defensive resilience.
Abdeslam OuaddouÂ
1 – Abdeslam Ouaddou is the first coach in PSL history to win the title having lost the first two games of the season.
Before this, no team had finished above third after losing the opening two games.
