Kruger United have officially unveiled 14 new signings as they continue preparations for their first-ever season in the Betway Premiership.
The newcomers have reinforced every area of the squad by bringing in experienced players and promising talent. Among the headline arrivals is Fiacre Ntwari, who joins on loan from Kaizer Chiefs for the upcoming campaign.
FIACRE NTWARI LEADS NEW ARRIVALS
Fiacre Ntwari is joined by fellow goalkeeper Sanele Tshabalala, giving Kruger United added competition between the posts.
The club have also strengthened their defence with the signings of Katlego Mohammed, Sidney Fakude, Kwanda Mngonyama, Thendo Mukumela, Shane Saralina and Sikhosonke Langa.
In midfield, Kruger United have recruited Tatenda Tavengwa and Phathutshedzo Musekwa to add depth and creativity ahead of the new season.
The attacking department has also received a significant boost with the arrivals of Mlungisi Zwane, Thabang Sibanyoni, Tumelo Mmakgolane and Lwanda Mbanjwa.
The 14 new signings underline the Village Boys’ ambition to establish themselves in the Betway Premiership after earning promotion to the top flight.
KRUGER UNITED SECURE MBOMBELA STADIUM DEAL
Away from player recruitment, Kruger United have also confirmed a three-year agreement with the City of Mbombela for the use of Mbombela Stadium as their home venue.
The newly promoted club will become an anchor tenant at the stadium throughout the duration of the agreement.
Kruger United will share Mbombela Stadium with fellow Betway Premiership side TS Galaxy as well as the Pumas Rugby team during the upcoming seasons.
