Sacked Kaizer Chiefs coach Nabi already has offers BUT…

Posted on September 19, 2025

Outgoing Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has already been approached just days after his sacking.

The news of Nabi’s sacking surfaced this week in what came as a huge shock to many football lovers in the country.

And while Nabi has been fired, he insisted that the decision to part ways with Chiefs was by mutual consent.

Amakhosi have since released an official statement to confirm Nabi’s absence at Naturena without saying anything about his future.

Instead, Chiefs said there are ongoing talks between the club’s hierarchy and Nabi.

Now, the former AS FAR Rabat mentor has revealed that Tunisian giants Etoile Sportive du Sahel have approached him.

However, Nabi turned them down, saying he doesn’t want to coach in Tunisia at this point in time.

ES DU SAHEL AFTER OUTGOING KAIZER CHIEFS COACH NABI

“It’s true. There have been contacts from parties within the Etoile Sportive du Sahel management, and I appreciate this great club and its large fan base,” Nabi told winwin.com.

“But I don’t want to undertake a coaching experience in Tunisia at the moment. Etoile Sportive du Sahel is a well-established club and I respect it greatly, but the timing isn’t right for me,” he added.
