Pitso Mosimane To Fix Kaizer Chiefs

Posted on November 13, 2023

After a humiliating defeat to Orlando Pirates at the weekend, Kaizer Chiefs fans are calling for the club to bring over Pitso Mosimane.

Pitso Mosimane, who recently left Al Wahda in the United Arab Emirates, is now ready to be snatched by any club that is willing to pay the huge bill that comes with his vast expertise.

Pitso Mosimane, who is easily considered the most successful coach in South Africa, has won an incredible 15 titles in his coaching career so far.

He has made it clear on his side that he will not turn down the opportunity to coach Kaizer Chiefs if everything is in order and all systems go.

This would be a much-needed boost for the Glamour Boys, as they have had a drought in silverware for quite some time now. Coaches such as Steve Komphela, Giovanni Solinas, Gavin Hunt, Stuart Baxter, Middendorp, Arthur Zwane, and Molefi Ntseki have all tried to restore the glory days but came short of the finish line.

But this begs the question: is it really the coaches or the quality of the squad at Kaizer Chiefs? Because it would be pointless to get a new coach when the current squad is simply not up to par with the likes of Orlando Pirates or Mamelodi Sundowns, who just won the inaugural African Football League.

Also having just appointed a interim coach in Cavin Johnson, who has admitted that it is no easy feat being at the steering wheel of a team such as Kaizer Chiefs.
