Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi says he cannot really talk about Etiosa Ighodaro as he still belongs to Mamelodi Sundowns.
There had been rumours over Ighadora’s future, which were sparked even more after a video of the Nigerian striker in Amakhosi kit was leaked online.
Ighodaro spent last season on loan, scoring six goals in 27 appearances, and Nabi admitted he likes the 24-year-old, who is on their list of potential striker targets.
“That player is a player who belongs to another team with administrative issues,”
“But him or another striker that we could have listed on our potential players will be welcomed.
“We will hear from our administration if him or another player is going to join.
“I saw the player last season for AmaZulu, and I believe it’s a good player, but it’s a player that doesn’t right now belong to our club so we can’t really talk about it.”
