Kaizer Chiefs youngster sent out on loan

A rising Kaizer Chiefs star has been sent out on loan for the remainder of the season.

20-year-old Amakhosi reserve defender star Bobo Sima has completed a move to Botswana side Mochudi Centre Chiefs.

Sima has been a steady performer for Vela Khumalo’s Diski Challenge side.

Mochudi Centre Chiefs took to social media to confirm the acquisition of Sima.

“South African defender Bobo Sima also joins the club on loan from Kaizer Chiefs,” an official club statement read.

“The highly rated 20 year old brings youthful energy, discipline and also strong defensive potential as he also looks to continue his development and contribute to the team’s success.”

Sima to link up with Orlando Pirates starlet

Sima will link up with a rising star from rival club Orlando Pirates in Botswana.

Bucs second team player Tefo Mofokeng is also currently out on loan at the Botswana side. Mofokeng’s loan deal was extended to the end of the season.

Sima will also find a familiar face in Stanton Fredericks. The Kaizer Chiefs legend’s consortium owns the club.

Mochudi currently sit in fifth position on the Botswana Premiership log standings.

Sima is expected to return to the Glamour Boys at the end of the season. The young defender has been tipped for a big future at Naturena.

Fellow Amakhosi youngster Xolani Cossa is also out on loan at Black Lions until the end of the season.
