Nabi gives up on Castillo
Although 31-year-old Venezuelan schemer Edson Castillo started his Chiefs career well, the midfield man has gradually fallen out of favour during his two years at Naturena. The club’s pursuit of 24-year-old Nigerian striker Etiosa Ighodaro could hinge on them freeing up a foreign spot in the squad.
“It’s been said head coach Nasreddine Nabi could be open to his [Castillo’s] potential exit, allowing the club to be more flexible in the market as they look to lure new foreign recruits to bolster the squad for the upcoming season,” the report read on iDiskiTimes.
