Kaizer Chiefs could potentially loan out striker Tashreeq Morris to Durban City this season.
The former Cape Town City forward joined Amakhosi from SuperSport United but only played a handful of games before injury ruled him out for the rest of the 2024/25 season.
Morris worked under Hunt at SuperSport, and according to reports, the Cape Town-born coach is keen on reuniting with the striker.

Kaizer Chiefs winger Wandile Duba speaks
Another Chiefs forward who has made headlines recently is Wandile Duba. The 21-year-old has been criticised by some fans over his ‘behaviour and reckless play’.
“I’m not going anywhere, I’m staying with the team,” Duba told the media.
Duba has started most of Kaizer Chiefs matches this season
“It doesn’t actually [concern him that Nabi complained about his mental strength]. That’s how the coach wants us to play. It’s just the comments, people coming to your account, threatening to kill you, all that.“
“The last game, I wasn’t in the right space of mind, and I didn’t even go back to go there [to see what is said on social media].
“I don’t think those things [social media posts] frustrate me much. I usually talk to my brother; he always calms me down,” said the Kaizer Chiefs youth product.
“At times, I feel like talking back or sending a text back after getting negative comments, whenever they have said something about me.”
Should Duba change his attitude?
