Kaizer Chiefs are reshaping their squad to make it more youthful. That’s bad news for several veterans at the club.

Tashreeq Morris will leave Naturena, according to the latest reports.

The 31-year-old isn’t in Nasreddine Nabi’s long-term plans.

Kaizer Chiefs look to offload Morris

31-year-old striker Tasheeq Morris joined Chiefs in January. Since then, he’s only made 10 appearances and failed to trouble the scorers.

“Durban City are looking for a striker who will strengthen their attacking department, and Morris has been their target,” the report read on Goal.

“They want the Chiefs striker on a loan for the entire season, but have yet to land their target,”

Kaizer Chiefs arrivals

Siphesihle Ndlovu is the headline midfield acquisition, while young attacking talents Asanale Velebayi and Luke Baartman were signed from Cape Town Spurs.
