Fathers & sons who played for Amakhosi

Newly-signed striker Khanyisa Mayo has joined an exclusive list of fathers and sons who played for Kaizer Chiefs.

Mayo joined Amakhosi on a one-year loan deal last week following his return from Algeria’s CR Belouizdad.

The left-footed attacker was deemed surplus to requirements by former TS Galaxy mentor Sead Ramovic.

And this despite Mayo still having a running contract with the club after having joined CR Belouizdad from Cape Town City last year.

Upon receiving the news that Ramovic did not plan on using him, Mayo made up his mind about coming back home, and Chiefs were there to sign him.

Now, the Bafana Bafana international follows in the footsteps of his father Patrick Mayo who played for Chiefs between 2003 and 2007.

But who else makes this exclusive list?
