Co-coaches Khalil Ben Youssef and Cedric Kaze have made five selection changes against Richards Bay FC after the loss to Orlando Pirates.

The standout inclusion is the 25-year-old left-back Shinga, making his debut eight months after his arrival in July 2025 from Alverca in Portugal.

MORE ON THE TWO TEAMS

After a promising start in January for Kaizer Chiefs, the form dipped significantly in late February as the club suffered consecutive home losses to Stellenbosch FC and Orlando Pirates.

The Glamour Boys currently sit 5th in the league standings with 30 points from 17 matches.

Coach Ronnie Gabriel’s Richards Bay FC currently occupy 12th position on the table, having collected 20 points from 18 Betway Premiership matches. Their season has been characterised by draws, with four victories, eight stalemates and six losses recorded so far.

A well-organised defensive setup has kept the team competitive in most fixtures, though a shortage of goals, just 14 scored in the league, has slowed their progress toward the top half of the standings.

The Natal Rich Boys have produced their strongest performances at King Zwelithini Stadium, where they have earned the bulk of their points this campaign.
