Betway Premiership Prize Money Set at R20 Million

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has officially confirmed the prize money for the 2024/25 Betway Premiership, with the winner set to receive a generous R20 million. This announcement was made during a special meeting on Wednesday, where PSL Chairman Dr. Irvin Khoza also unveiled a groundbreaking multi-year partnership with Betway, which will bring a massive R900 million investment into South African football.

The news comes as Dr. Khoza prepares for his new term as PSL Chairman, with the elections looming and Khoza running unopposed for the position. Speaking at the meeting, Khoza highlighted the importance of the partnership with Betway, which he believes will help elevate the league to new heights.
