Kaizer Chiefs in hot pursuit of R7-million Bafana midfielder

Posted on December 16, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs are interested in this red-hot Bafana Bafana midfielder value.

Kaizer Chiefs are already planning their next transfer moves.

Therefore, several stars are linked with departures. Meanwhile, some exciting targets have been lined up for the next transfer window. The latest transfer target is this Bafana Bafana midfielder.

CHIEFS IDENTIFY R7-MILLION BAFANA TARGET

Sinoxolo Kwiyiba is hot property right now.

So, the Chippa United and Bafana midfielder has lined up massive interest from the PSL’s ‘Big Three‘ with Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns all interested.

“Other PSL heavyweights, including Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs, are also reportedly keeping tabs on Kwayiba,” SoccerLaduma reported.

Meaning, Chiefs must outbid Soweto rivals Pirates as well as reigning defending champions, Sundowns.

The skillful midfielder has been in top form for Chippa this season. He is fresh off of a brace against Magesi FC and was already on Pirates’ radar. Now, they are more interested in signing him with a potential and likely offer expected from the Bucs.

Kwayiba is current valued at roughly R7 MILLION (R6.6 MILLION), according to Transfermarkt.

ORLANDO PIRATES PLANNING OFFER FOR TARGETS

Pirates are reportedly set to make an offer for Kwayiba in the next transfer window.

“He (Kwayiba) is a player that has impressed a other and expect Pirates to make a move for him in the next transfer window,” the report added on the same publication

So, despite not signing any players in the recent January transfer window, Jose Riveiro and Bucs management have already lined up a couple of key transfer targets for the next transfer window.

Moreover, this red-hot striker is the latest Pirates target.

SHOULD KWAYIBA JOIN CHIEFS OR PIRATES?
