Pirates Confirm One Injury Concern Ahead Of Carling Final

Posted on December 6, 2025

Orlando Pirates are set to be without influential midfielder Sihle Nduli for the Carling Knockout Cup final on Saturday due to injury.

The Buccaneers take on Marumo Gallants in a highly-anticipated Carling final at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday night as they look to wrap up their second silverware of the season after the MTN8 title.

Nduli hasn’t featured for the Buccaneers since their 3-1 win over Golden Arrows at the beginning of November with Pirates all but confirming he will be side lined for Saturday’s final.

“They could miss the calm influence of the injured Sihle Nduli in midfield for one more fixture, but have enough firepower in the position from the likes of the experienced Makhehleni Makhaula who is hitting his stride after racking up valuable minutes following his spell on the sidelines,” Pirates confirmed on their official website.
