Full 2026 World Cup Draw Confirmed

The 12 groups for the 2026 FIFA World Cup were drawn on Friday evening during a fancy event in Washington DC.

The United States of America, Mexico and Canada will host the tournament next year between 11 June and 19 July, when the successors of defending champions Argentina will be found.

For the first time in history, nine African nations qualified, potentially even 10 if DR Congo win the Intercontinental playoff in March.

It will be the first 48-team World Cup, with the 12 groups of four teams drawn on Friday.

All World Cup groups:

  • Group A: Mexico – South Africa – Korea Republic – (Denmark/NorthMacedonia/Czech/Ireland)
  • Group B: Canada – (Italy/NorthernIreland/Wales/Bosnia) – Qatar – Switzerlands –
  • Group C: Brazil – Morocco – Haiti – Scotland
  • Group D: USA – Paraguay – Australia – (Turkey/Romania/Slovakia/Kosovo)
  • Group E: Germany – Curacao – Ivory Coast – Ecuador
  • Group F: Netherlands – Japan – (Ukraine/Sweden/Poland/Albania) – Tunisia
  • Group G: Belgium – Egypt – Iran – New Zealand
  • Group H: Spain – Cape Verde – Saudi Arabia – Uruguay
  • Group I: France – Senegal – (Iraq/Bolivia/Suriname) – Norway
  • Group J: Argentina – Algeria – Austria – Jordan
  • Group K: Portugal – (Congo DR/Jamaica/New Caledonia) – Uzbekistan – Colombia
  • Group L: England – Croatia – Ghana – Panama
