Chiefs Provide Update On Sirino & Cross

Posted on December 2, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs have provided an update on injured players Gaston Sirino and Bradley Cross in preparation for their upcoming Betway Premiership fixture.

Amakhosi face off against Chippa United in the league encounter on Wednesday, 3 December at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha at 19:30.

The club has stated that the medical department will evaluate the extent of Sirino and Cross’s injuries ahead of the game.

“Chiefs’ technical team will work closely with the medical staff to assess the extent of injuries to Gaston Sirino and Bradley Cross, who were both forced off within the opening 15 minutes of the Zamalek match,” the club revealed via a statement.

Both players were forced off in the CAF Confederation Cup clash with Zamalek on Saturday following injuries sustained during the game.

The Soweto giants are aiming to secure their third successive league victory when they face the Chilli Boys, riding high on recent wins against Orbit College and Durban City.

Chippa, on the other hand, face a far tougher task, as they enter the fixture desperately searching for a win after enduring a drought of nine matches without tasting a victory across all competitions.
