Kaizer Chiefs star to miss next league match

Posted on November 3, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs have been handed a serious blow ahead of Tuesday’s crunch league match against Orbit College.

The Glamour Boys have the opportunity of moving further up on the log standings on Tuesday night.

They will however have to defeat Orbit College at the FNB Stadium in order to do that.

The task will be all the more difficult given the fact that a key Amakhosi player will be missing for his side.

Kaizer Chiefs to be without key defender for Orbit clash

Kaizer Chiefs will be looking to make it three victories on the bounce on Tuesday night.

A win for the Glamour Boys could see them move joint top of the table with Sundowns who’d likely possess a superior goal difference.

Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef however will be without key defender Inacio Miguel for the match against Orbit College.

Miguel, who has played in every league match for the club this season, is suspended for Tuesday’s match.

This comes after he accumulated his fourth yellow card in Friday’s victory over Durban City FC.

Amakhosi to miss Miguel

Miguel has been a steady performer for the Glamour Boys this season.

So far, he has made 13 appearances for his side. In fact, when he was on field of play for Kaizer Chiefs, his side have managed to keep eight clean sheets under his watch!

Miguel is serving a one match suspension and will be eligible for selection for his side’s following match.

Miguel signed a three year deal with Kaizer Chiefs back in August 2024. The Angolan star has already made 41 appearances for the club, as per Transfermarkt. He also has four goals to his name at Naturena.
