Saint-Éloi Lupopo had triumphed 3-0 at home in the first leg.

Masindi Nemtajela (39th minute) and Yanela Mbuthuma (68th minute) scored for Orlando Pirates in Soweto, before Oswin Appollis snatched a dramatic equaliser deep into extra-time.
