Chiefs Winless Again, Downs Hammer AmaZulu

Posted on October 12, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs‘ winless run continued after a 1-1 draw with Sekhukhune United while Mamelodi Sundowns hammered AmaZulu 3-0 in Sunday’s DStv Diski Challenge fixtures.

Siwelele FC picked up three points away from home as Siphesihle Jeza’s solitary strike in the 15th minute was enough to see them beat ORBIT 1-0.

Polokwane City were the other team who recorded an away win beating Marumo Gallants 2-0.

The young Brazilians picked up a huge win on the road scoring just 12 minutes in through Oarabile Booysen who received a low cross inside the box to punish Usuthu. It was 2-0 in the 44th minute as Chuene Moabelo capitalized on the goalkeeper’s misjudgement to tap the ball into the back of the net. Bennet Mokwena then completed the rout in the 58th minute with a brilliant free kick.

Chiefs took the lead through Shaun Els in the 24th minute after a beautiful team effort but Ntokozo Msimango equalized for Babina Noko in the 62nd minute.

Chippa United 0-2 Magesi FC
TS Galaxy 1-2 Stellenbosch FC
Durban City 1-1 Richards Bay
Golden Arrows 1-2 Orlando Pirates

Sunday results:

Marumo Gallants 0-2 Polokwane City
ORBIT College 0-1 Siwelele
