Appollis was voted Man of the Match by the fans and received a R100 000, but the winger felt that Mbokazi deserved the award more and revealed that he would share the money with him.

“What a brilliant goal from Mbokazi. To be honest, I think he deserved [the Man of the Match award] more today, because he was fighting and defending,” Appollis told SuperSport TV after the game.

“No, I’ll definitely have to cut because what a goal. I’ll definitely share with him,” said Appollis when asked if will share the money with Mbokazi.

Commenting on the game, Appollis admitted that Siwelele gave them a tough time in Orlando.
