Ranga Chivaviro looks poised to make the move to Chippa United after the club tabled a new offer for the former Kaizer Chiefs striker.
The 32-year-old has been subject of interest from several clubs locally and abroad but rejected moves to Hong Kong and Iraq last month and now looks to remain in the Premier Soccer League this season.
The Chilli Boys, are in pursuit for a new striker after a slow start to the new campaign and have identified the robust striker as the perfect candidate to bolster their options for new head coach Luc Eymael.
Talks are now at an advanced stage with minor details to be finalised before making a move to Gqeberha.
