Mamelodi Sundowns to complete one more big new signing

Posted on September 1, 2025

Mamelodi Sundowns have had a fairly quiet transfer window in terms of incoming players.

The Brazilians have only welcomed Fawaaz Basadien from Stellenbosch and Tsiki Ntsabeleng from the MLS.

Out the exit door however were a host of players! The question remains howeve, “Are Mamelodi Sundowns done in the transfer market?”.

Big signing loading at Mamelodi Sundowns

According to the latest transfer reports, Mamelodi Sundowns are not quite done just yet in the transfer market.

The Brazilians have been tipped to complete some new signings before the window shuts close later this month.

According to reports, one marquee defender is set to join Miguel Cardoso’s side from a fellow Betway Premiership side.

TS Galaxy star central defender Khulumani Ndamane appears to be heading to Chloorkop!

“Cardoso will be in discussions with sporting director Flemming Berg for new faces to come to Mamelodi Sundowns, to ensure they have enough players to call on in the absence of those who are struggling with injury,” a Soccer Laduma report read.

“As revealed by TS Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi last week, Sundowns are also looking at signing defender Khulumani Ndamane. So it could be a busy few weeks at Chloorkop before the window closes later this month.”
