Exciting news on Kaizer Chiefs superstar

Posted on August 26, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs fans have reason to smile. Gaston Sirino has shown signs of being back to his best, coming off the bench to score the match-winning goal in Tuesday’s 1-0 Betway Premiership victory at FNB Stadium.

With a huge showdown against Mamelodi Sundowns next, the Uruguayan looks ready for the spotlight again.

The 34-year-old forward has already proven to be one of Amakhosi’s most dangerous players, adding to the four goals and six assists he registered last season.

BACK TO HIS BEST FOR KAIZER CHIEFS

According to the Amakhosi assistant coach Khalil Ben Youssef, Sirino seems to have turned the page on a rocky period, and is showing better attitude and new energy.

“I think Sirino will come back this season,” Youssef said. “He came back this season with a very good attitude, a very good performance.

“We also discussed with him a bit about his ideas and what he thinks about the season. He is so excited for the season, he wants to perform, to help the team,” Youssef added.

HOW MUCH DO YOU BELIEVE IN GASTON SIRINO?
