Kaizer Chiefs coach Nabi speaks on Ighodaro and other strikers

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi has made no secret of the club’s admiration for Nigerian forward Etiosa Ighodaro.

“Ighodaro is a good player, but he belongs to another team, and there are administrative issues involved. If he joins us, great. If not, there are other strikers we’re considering,” said the Tunisian coach.

“The player—or another striker on our list—will be welcomed. But we must wait for the administrative side of things to be sorted before anything is finalised,” Nabi concluded.
