Banyana & Nigeria Starting XIs Confirmed

Banyana Banyana and Nigeria have confirmed their respective starting lineups for this evening’s WAFCON semi-final clash at Larbi Zaouli Stadium. 

It’s a battle of the titans as defending champions Banyana face rivals the Super Falcons with South Africa coming into this game after knocking out Senegal 4-1 on penalties following a goalless draw in 120 minutes while Nigeria hammered Zambia 5-0 in the other quarterfinals clash. 

Banyana scored seven goals so far and conceded only one goal which was against Tanzania in their 1-1 draw in the group stages and Nigeria scored nine goals and they are yet to concede a goal in the tournament.

Here is how they both line up:

Banyana Starting XI: Dlamini, Mbane, Gamede, Makhubela, Magama, Dhlamini, Jane, Motlhalo, Ramalepe, Seoposenwe, Salgado

Subs: Swart, Magagula, Mhlongo, Magaia, Mogolola, Holweni, Mthandi, Donnelly, Cesane

Nigeria Starting XI: Chiamaka, Osinachi, Plumptre, Okoronkwo, Echegini, Demehin, Halimatu, Ihezuo, Folashade, Alozie
