Kaizer Chiefs have been spotted with a new face in training – from Mamelodi Sundowns.

Kaizer Chiefs are set to jet off to the Netherlands for their pre-season tour.

Interestingly, an outgoing Sundowns star is one of the new faces spotted in training with Amakhosi.

SUNDOWNS ATTACKER SPOTTED AMONGST CHIEFS STRIKERS

Etiosa Ighodaro is currently training with Chiefs.

Moreover, this comes just weeks after he was linked with a move to Amakhosi. So, there is a high probablity of the outgoing Sundowns striker being unveiled by Chiefs.

He is one of two new strikers spotted in Amakhosi’s training squad. The other new face in attack is DDC youngster, Naledi Hlongwane.

MORE MASANDAWANA PLAYERS ON AMAKHOSI’S RADOR

Chiefs are linked with half a dozen Masandawana players.

Ighodara is one of SIX Sundowns players being targetted by Amakhosi. Meanwhile, Sipho Mbule is the talk of the town when it comes to Downs players linked with Chiefs.

“Let me set the record straight. Sipho Mbule has been offered to Kaizer Chiefs. It is up to the club (Kaizer Chiefs) to make the decision and we need to respect that decision,” his agent, Mike Makaab confirmed.

The ball in in Amakhosi’s court – they can decide whether or not they want to sign Mbule. Finally, Amakhosi are monitoring the contract situations of Shalulile, Maema, Mashego and Maeko.

Therefore, whoever does not get a contract extension could receive an offer from Chiefs.
