Orlando Pirates signed a new team (11 players)

The top-tier Betway Premiership club, the Orlando Pirates, have sealed a staggering 11 new signings this winter. The most high-profile being Oswin Appollis and Sipho Mbule.

The list also includes Bafana Bafana internationals such as Yanela Mbuthuma, Masindi Nemtajela, Tshepang Moremi and Sinoxolo Kwayiba.

This post takes a closer look at the full list of players, ages and the playing positions they will be able to offer Orlando Pirates’ new coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.

Kaizer Chiefs news: Khanyisa Mayo and new Tunisian

  1. Tshepho Mashiloane, 23, right back from Baroka FC
  2. Lebone Seema, 22, left central defender from TS Galaxy
  3. Nkosikhona Ndaba, 22, left-back from Richards Bay
  4. Sihle Nduli, 29, central midfielder from Stellenbosch FC
  5. Sipho Mbule, 27, central midfielder from Mamelodi Sundowns
  6. Masindi Nemtajela, 23, central midfielder from Marumo Gallants
  7. Tshepang Moremi, 24, winger from AmaZulu
  8. Sinoxolo Kwayiba, 25, attacking midfielder from Chippa United
  9. Yanela Mbuthuma, 23, striker from Richards Bay
  10. Oswin Appollis, 23, winger from Polokwane City
  11. Kamegelo Sebelebele, 22, winger from TS Galaxy.

*Abdoulaye Mariko had only just joined Orlando Pirates before being sent to Chippa United on loan.
