Orlando Pirates could come up against several familiar faces during their 2026/27 Betway Premiership title defence, with nine players who were on their books last season, now representing PSL rivals.
Nine former Orlando Pirates players have joined four Betway Premiership clubs.
Durban City and Sekhukhune United have signed three players each, while Siwelele FC have recruited two players from Mayfair.
Finally, Stellenbosch FC have secured the signature of one now former Bucs star.
EX-CHIEFS COACH SIGNS THREE ORLANDO PIRATES PLAYERS
New Durban City head coach Khalil Ben Youssef will take charge of a trio of ex-Bucs players who recently left Mayfair.
Former Bucs stars Bandile Shandu, Goodman Mosele and Seth Green have all joined Durban City.
Green is a highly rated Orlando Pirates DDC graduate, while Shandu and Mosele bring a wealth of Betway Premiership experience.

SEKHUKHUNE UNITED SNAP UP TRIO FROM MAYFAIR
Sekhukhune United recently unveiled former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Melusi Buthelezi as one of their newest signings.
He joins fellow Orlando Pirates academy products Gomolemo Khoto and Siyabonga Ndlozi at Babina Noko.
SIWELELE WELCOME PIRATES DUO AS STELLENBOSCH LAND ONE
Siwelele FC have strengthened their squad by signing Orlando Pirates pair Selaelo Rasebotja and Thabiso Sesane.
Meanwhile, Stellenbosch FC have secured the services of Thabiso Lebitso.
