According to several local reports, Stellenbosch winger Langelihle Phili remains near the top of Chiefs’ transfer wish list. The Glamour Boys could put together a player-plus-cash package to lure the 21-year-old to Naturena. Ashley du Preez could be the makeweight. Pacey, diminutive star Phili got seven goals in 27 league outings last term. Glody Lilepo is another player who could be heading out. The Congolese wide attacker bagged five goals and four assists in 27 league outings last term in a mostly wide attacking role.
Is Duba for sale?
In light of Rele Mofokeng’s big-money move to Belgium, Kaizer Chiefs might be looking at their squad and seeing where they could extract some transfer value.
