Foreign flavour backs up youth talent at the sharp end for Chiefs
Glody Lilepo looks the part up top. The 28-year-old, who was signed primarily as a right winger, has four goals and three assists in the league this term. It’s not the most prolific return, but with the support of a youthful attacking midfield trio, he’s a decent short-term option. Wandile Duba and Mfundo Vilakazi scored against Magesi, Lilepo claimed an assist, and Lilepo was the only goal-scorer against Durban City. In a 4-1 beating of Magesi, Khanyisa Mayo got himself on the score sheet, as did Duba, Flavio Silva and Shabalala.
