MC Alger coach Rulani Mokwena has opened up on his future at the club following the exit from the CAF Champions League.
The Algerian side was eliminated from the group stages, not making it to the knockouts after losing 2-0 at the hands of Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday.
This was the second meeting between the two clubs in the group stages, having drawn in the first match in Algeria.
Mokwena was asked about his future considering that the club’s objective for the competition was to reach the final.

He stated that it’s up to MC Alger, saying his focus on what’s remaining this season in the domestic scene in Algeria.
“I don’t know, that’s up to the club, I’m focused on what’s left of the remaining of the season,” said Mokwena.
“That’s the question that’s not in my control.”
Alger are currently at the summit of the log table at home, with 36 points from 15 matches. Mokwena’s side is behind with two matches to a lot of clubs in the league.
