After AmaZulu and Milford booked their spot in the Nedbank Cup Last 16, all teams to enter Wednesday’s draw have been confirmed.
AmaZulu needed extra-time to beat 10-men Polokwane City on Tuesday evening. Taariq Fielies scored the opener after 10 minutes and Batlhabane Moketsi got sent off for Rise and Shine after 33.
However, Lebohang Nkaki equalized from the spot for Polokwane in the 45th minute, and managed to hold onto the draw after 90 minutes, forcing extra-time. But eventually AmaZulu found the winner via Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya in the 113th minute.
In the other Tuesday tie, Milford beat Soweto Super United on penalties after the game had ended 1-1 in 120 minutes.
