Bafana Bafana midfielder Luke Le Roux featured for 63 minutes as Portsmouth suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat to Arsenal in the FA Cup third round at Fratton Park on Sunday.
Le Roux, 25, got the nod once again in the heart of midfield and also picked up a yellow card in the second half of the tie.
The English Championship outfit got the match off to a dream start as Pompey took the lead with just four minutes on the clock through skipper Colby Bishop.
Their celebrations were however short-lived as the Gunners hit back through Christian Norgaard in the eighth minute.
The floodgates then opened as Gabriel Martinelli netted a hat-trick in the 26th, 51st and 72nd minute to see Mikel Arteta’s charges into the Fourth Round.
