Chiefs Confirm Upcoming Fixtures – iDiski Times

Posted on January 8, 2026

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed their upcoming fixtures, as the Betway Premiership and CAF Confederation Cup are set to resume shortly.

With the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations reaching its latter stages, Premier Soccer League clubs have resumed training ahead of the second half of the campaign.

Amakhosi have resumed training and will play their first official match on 20 January, when they will host Golden Arrows at FNB Stadium.

They will then turn their attention to the CAF Confed Cup, with four games lined up to conclude the group stages. And Chiefs have work to do after picking up just one point in their first two group games, but a double header against Zambian side ZESCO United could see Amakhosi move up the table.

Below are Chiefs’ confirmed fixtures for January and February, even though they also have a Betway Premiership match against Marumo Gallants set for 27 January, but it’s likely to be postponed.

  • 20 January: vs Lamontville Golden Arrows, FNB stadium
  • 25 January: vs ZESCO United, Zambia
  • 1 February: vs ZESCO United, Moses Mabhida Stadium
  • 8 February: vs Al Masry, Peter Mokoba Stadium
  • 15 February: vs Zamalek, Egypt

Chiefs themselves did state that “between their continental commitments, Chiefs will also contest crucial league and Nedbank Cup fixtures, leaving little room for rest as they strive to excel in all three competitions this season”.
