Babina Noko and Sundowns are now the only remaining unbeaten sides in the division. Chiefs, meanwhile, face TS Galaxy away on Sunday, 21 September at 15:00.

“It’s true that the squad is big and the technical staff, management, the sporting director, Kaizer Junior, is working on options to try offload the squad, to give some players, who didn’t have consistency or time to get more game-time, to other teams,” coach Nasreddine Nabi said.
Who will oversee those exits, however? News filtered through on Wednesday that Chiefs and Nabi have parted ways after the club revealed that the Tunisian tactician doesn’t hold the correct coaching qualifications to sit in the dugout for the upcoming CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
