What are the dates for Chiefs’ six CAF group matches?

Posted on November 5, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs are in the CAF Confederation Cup final 16 after being confirmed in one of the four groups of four clubs in the group stage draw.

Amakhosi returned to the African stage after lifting last season’s Nedbank Cup, the club’s first title in 10 years.

KAIZER CHIEFS TO FACE AL-MASRI ON MATCHDAY ONE

Starting the campaign in September, Amakhosi scraped past Angola’s Kabuscorp on penalties after a 1-1 aggregate score in the first round qualifiers.

In the second-round qualifiers, the Phefeni Glamour boys breezed past DR Congo’s AS Simba with a 4-2 victory on aggregate.

Kaizer Chiefs’ full list of Group D rivals are Zamalek (Egypt), Al–Masry (Egypt) and Zesco United (Zambia).

The business end will start with a trip to Port Said, Egypt to battle Al-Masry, followed by the visit of Zamalek to Soweto. Matchday three will take Amakhosi to Ndola, Zambia, before the Southern neighbours land at the OR Tambo International.

The final two rounds will see Al-Masry in Soweto before the group stage concludes in Cairo against Zamalek.
