Kaizer Chiefs gifted attacker Mfundo Vilakazi admits that scoring against Marumo Gallants again has crossed his mind.
Amakhosi touched down in Mzansi earlier this week from their CAF Confederation Cup trip to Zambia where they defeated ZESCO United 1-0 courtesy of Pule Mmodi’s solitary strike.
The 20-year-old netted the winner for the Glamour Boys in their opening match of last season against Bahlabane Ba Ntwa, walking away 2-1 victors. Earlier this season in the first-round fixture, the sides played to a 1-1 draw at FNB Stadium.
The pacey winger has made an admission that maximum points away from home will be vital but that he hopes to play a role in the outcome.
“I believe that if we play our football, the results will come. It will be nice to get another three points away from home,” he told the club’s website.
“It crossed my mind, and I think I’d like to do it again.
The clash gets underway at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein from 19:30.
