Orlando Pirates legend Benedict Vilakazi has predicted that his former side will narrowly beat Stellenbosch FC 2-1 in Saturday’s MTN8 final.
The two sides reignite their rivalry in the Wafa Wafa finale once again after facing off last season with the Buccaneers 3-1 victors on the day.
‘Tso’ has backed Pirates to walk away with the trophy, which will be their fourth consecutive MTN8 trophy, should they leave Mbombela Stadium with their first piece of silverware of the season.
“There’s a win for Orlando Pirates,” Tso said on iDiski TV.
“The score can be 1-0, 2-1. And I don’t know how I see [Mbekezeli] Mbokazi scoring that goal, I don’t know how. Maybe it’s because I love him.
“Pirates is gonna win. I think the score is gonna be 2-1. [Devin] Titus will score for Stellies.
“I think [Tshegofatso] Mabasa will score from the bench.
“The score is gonna be 2-1. Orlando Pirates will win.”
