Three Kaizer Chiefs players to remain in Johannesburg?

Kaizer Chiefs have another Betway Premiership battle this weekend. The plans include injury question marks on Aden McCarthy, Etiosa Ighodaro, and Nkanyiso Shinga.

Before facing Sundowns midweek, Amakhosi’s assistant coach Cedric Kaze confirmed injuries for the trio.

The trio’s fitness has cast some doubt over their preparations ahead of Golden Arrows at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.

KAIZER CHIEFS STILL INJURED?

“About Aden, he hasn’t been training since that day [Richards Bay],” Kaze said.

“The medical staff are working hard to get him back on the field, but we’ll have to wait and see how he does tomorrow to decide whether he will be part of the game or not,” Kaze added. “But apart from that, everyone is well and ready for the game,” added the Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach.

Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs are expected to confirm team news before travelling to Durban on Friday.
