Ranga Chivaviro is enjoying the best times of his career in Asia since leaving Kaizer Chiefs. The 33-year-old from Ga-Kgapane scored in Monday’s 6-1 loss to Al-Faisaly.
Chivaviro is now struck nine times in as many matches. The series started with a goal against Abah in January, followed by goals against Al-Jubail, Al-Raed (x2), Al-Arabi, Al-Orobah, Jeddah SC, and Al-Faisaly this week.

ILL-FATED KAIZER CHIEFS CAREER
He completed a move to Saudi First Division side Al-Adalah following two seasons with Kaizer Chiefs, where he found the net nine times in 45 appearances across all competitions.
The former Marumo Gallants forward was also part of Nasreddine Nabi’s Amakhosi squad that ended the club’s long wait for silverware by lifting the 2024/25 Nedbank Cup.
Based in Al-Hulaylah in the Al-Ahsa region. Al-Adalah have become known for regularly moving between the Saudi Pro League and the second tier.
Established in 1984, the club hosts its matches at the 26,000-capacity Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium. The club earned a reputation for blending emerging local players with experienced foreign recruits such as Chivaviro.

Meanwhile, Al-Adalah FC occupy 15th place in the Saudi First Division League (Yelo League) with 17 points from 25 matches. Their next fixture is an away match against Al-Bukayriyah FC on Saturday, 7 March 2026, at 20:45.
WELL-TRAVELLED IN MZANSI
The striker’s journey to Saudi Arabia follows a well-travelled domestic career. It included spells at Witbank Aces, Cape Town All Stars, FC Cape Town, Baroka FC, TS Sporting, Venda FC, Marumo Gallants and Kaizer Chiefs.
Back in Naturena, Amakhosi are left with three recognised central strikers, Flavio Da Silva, Etiosa Ighodaro and Tashreeq Morris, while Khanyisa Mayo and Wandile Duba continue to operate primarily in wider attacking roles.
