Pirates Are Set To Welcome A New Player- Siphamandla Gumede

Posted on July 4, 2023

Orlando Pirates are currently trending all over social for all the right reasons, a well-known Radio Presenter in the form of Skepe Matsensne has shared some great news regarding our transfer plans.

We were facing competition for the signature of Siphamandla Gumede, Richards Bay United showed interest in the player but in the end, he’s going to play his football in Orlando next season.

In the semifinals of the Nedbank Cup, we faced Dondol FC, I have to state that Siphamandla Gumede gave us problems he’s a talented goalkeeper.

He had a great tournament and even went as far as earning a player of the tournament nominee.

Another goalkeeper in the form of Melusi Buthelezi has joined our club.

We are set to release a goalkeeper in the form of Siyabonga Mpontshane, it goes to show you that we’re building a strong team players have to perform to earn a place in the starting lineup.

I wish him both the best in his new journey.
