Orlando Pirates latest release has been confirmed. This R9 million attacker and midfielder has left.

Orlando Pirates continue to be the busiest side in the PSL transfer window.

This attacking midfielder is the latest player heading out of Mayfair.

PIRATES CUT TIES WITH MIDFIELDER

Katlego Otladisa is the latest player to be released by Pirates.

“His exit comes as little surprise given Ouaddou’s preference for a lean and competitive squad. Pirates have opted to part ways rather than pursue another loan, with staying at Mayfair no longer considered a realistic outcome,” the report read on SNL.

Meaning, he becomes the Bucs 17th player departure.

Innocent Maela, Miguel Timm (Sekhukhune United), Paseka Mako (Kaizer Chiefs), Thabiso Monyane (Kaizer Chiefs), Phillip Ndlondlo, Monnapule Saleng (Orbit College), Mohau Nkota (Al Ettifaq), Zakhele Lepasa (Unattached), Yanga Madiba (Orbit College), Thuso Molekeki (Orbit College), Azola Tshobeni (Chippa United), Goodman Mosele (Chippa United, loan), Abdoulaye S Mariko (Chippa United), Karim Kimvuidi (SC Ashdod, Israel), Kabelo Kgositsile (Baroka FC on loan), Tefu Mofokeng (Moshudi Chiefs on loan) and Katlego Otladisa have all jumped ship during the current transfer window.

Otladisa is valued at over R9 million, according to TransferMarkt.

MORE DEALS LINED UP FOR THE BUCS

Pirates have completed more deals than Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns put together.

The Bucs have released 17 players and also signed 14 players so far this transfer window.

However, they may not be done with their transfer business just yet.

‘Gilberto‘, aka, Deivi Vieira, is currently on loan with Angolan-based outfit CA Petróleos Luanda, but he is still contracted to Pirates. So, he could be released from the Bucs this transfer window, with several reports linking him with a permanent departure.

Meanwhile, Thabiso Lebitso is also facing a likely departure, according to SNL.
