Orlando Pirates winger Karim Kimvuidi has completed his loan move to FC Ashod in the Israeli Premier League.
The DR Congo winger was a surprise addition to Buccaneers squad with minimal speculation around him, silently arriving at the club, and he’s seemingly departed in the same manner this past week.
On Tuesday last week, the 23-year-old is said to have packed his bags and left for Israel, where he then made an appearance in the Toto Cup for Ashdod this past weekend after a couple of days of training.
After the appearance in the Toto Cup, he impressed head coach Haim Silvas and even attracted interest from other clubs.
As a consequence, the club quickly secured his signing with Kimvuidi penning a one-year deal with an option for it to become permanent after the season, as reported by this publication.
