Liverpool have signed highly-rated striker Hugo Ekitike on a six-year deal worth up to €95 million from German Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Reds have now taken their summer spending beyond a staggering £290million following the arrivals of Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Witz, Milos Kerkez and Giorgi Mamardashvili.
The Anfield side is said to have poached Newcastle United’s top target after been locked in negotiations with the German club for the 23-year-old.
