Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Edmilson Dove has completed a move to Iraqi side Al Quwa Al Jawiya.
Dove, 31, was released by Amakhosi during the offseason, much to the surprise of several of the clubs fans.
The Mozambique international joined Chiefs from UD Songo in August 2022 and made 56 appearances for the club.
He was part of the team that ended Chiefs’ 10-year trophy drought, featuring 90 minutes in the Nedbank Cup final against Orlando Pirates.
However, on Thursday he was announced by his new club in Iraq.
