New Chiefs Star Breaks Silence On Amakhosi Move

Kaizer Chiefs’ new signing Given Msimango has broken his silence on his “dream” move to Amakhosi.

Msimango, 26, was unveiled as one of Chiefs’ new signings on Monday after joining the club from TS Galaxy.

He made 70 appearances for the Rockets, scoring four goals but has now signed a four-year deal at Naturena.

After he was unveiled, he took to social media to express his excitement over joining the Glamour Boys.

“Thrilled to announce my official arrival at my dream team,” he wrote on social media.

“I’m excited to contribute my skills and passion to this incredible group of players. Let’s make history together.”

Alongside Daniel Cardoso, Msimango was one of only two players who featured in every minute of the 2022/23 DStv Premiership campaign, as he led the Rockets to the second-best defensive record in the league.

He will wear the Nr.25 shirt at Chiefs, which was last worn by Bernard Parker, who donned it between 2011/12 and 2021/22.
