Latest On CT City Striker As Exit Looms

DRC striker Walter Bwalya has submitted a request to leave Cape Town City due to lack of game time.

iDiski Times has been reliably informed that the 30-year-old is looking for his next career move so he can get more minutes under his belt.

Bwalya arrived at the Citizens with a high profile and lots of expectations as he played at the highest stage of the African football for Al Ahly SC and won the CAF Champions League.

The journeyman did however not reach the expected standard as he failed to breakthrough into the starting lineup at City.

Bwalya hasn’t played even half of City’s games this season, with Therlo Moosa and Jody Ah Shene consistently putting in fine performances and both have delivered since given the chance.
